Hmmm, about me? where to start, well leme try! :D
My name is Faisal, which is an arabic name meaning "the person who takes decisions". As you might heared that people say that names do effect on people personality, so is my case, people say that I have a natural power of making decisions..!
I was born in Multan, Pakistan in 1993 to a banker's home. more info about my family on "ma family page" please... :D . At a very young age I started living with my grand father Mr. Muhammed Ibrahim Shah. I lived with him until the time he died in late 2004 and early 2005.
Like most of Pakistanis, I joined my school in Multan, my first school was Ali Public School in Multan, there I think I spent about a year, and then later on I moved to an other private school called "Aruma public school". I stayed in Aruma until I was in fourth standard, and then our neighbours sold their house to a man who lives in Saudia Arabia, and that man's small brother was a school principal, so they changed that home into a school and the school was named "Nobel Pubic School". I joined Noble when I was in 4th. I passed my fourth and fifth standard there. Meanwhile my father got success in Dubai and he called us on visit.
On 11 september 2004, we took our first flight to Dubai. The visit was smooth, my father bought a car while we was on our first visit. 11 September 2004 was the last day I saw my grand father on his feets , healthy, he hugged me and gave me RS 10 saying "Faisal, you will buy some thing in the way".. As I wrote earlier, he had a very special relation with me! May GOD bless him "Aamen".
After returning from Dubai in November, I rejoined my school and at that stage I was in fifth standard. And finaly after passing my fifth standard in march 2005. We finaly moved to Dubai and stayed there for a year, then we moved to Sharjah and I joined New Indian Model School Sharjah in 4th standard, now you would say, I just wrote I passed 5th in Pakistan. So as a matter of fact the study level of 5th standard in 2005 wasn't same as the study level of Dubai so I lost my 2 years actually :( . Any ways, I joined when the 1st term was already over, so I participated in 2nd term and didn't get really impressing results which was quite normal, in that era , I started learning English as well. My dad helped me a lot in doing so! He gave me some basic instructions about very basics in English grammer, and then he used to write me a lot of sentences in Urdu on a paper and I used to translate them. This is how I learnt a bit of English and then I got chance to practice it in my school.
Early 2006, we moved back to Pakistan on a very normal yearly holidays of my father. And then due to some reasons we "me, my mam and sis" had to stay for six months in Pakistan. In that period I rejoined Nobel Public School but this time it was in 7th Standard. I went to school for 2 months and this time, my sister was also with me in School. She was in KG 1 , I believe. Then we moved back to Dubai in mid 2006 and I rejoined New Indian Model School, but this time in Dubai. I got an adminision in 6th standard there and did my full year with all the exams. I passed all the terms with good marks. Ask me frankly, I didn't really did a lot of effort, GOD helped me a lot in passing that with very good numbers.. "70%+".
While I was in third term of 6th in NIMS, Dubai. We visited Europe for the first time, I mean my mother, sister and father already did, but this was my first time. We "all family, without father" came to visit France for a month. We landed on 21 Jan. 2007 in France for the first time in my life. And then I spent 15 days here and returned back to Dubai, as I had annual exams to give. And we "my family" finaly decided that we will send Faisal to France to continue his further studies. My last exam was Maths, and on same night, I had Flight to catch to Paris. This was the last time I saw Dubai International Airport... I came in France in March 2007 and I am still here..!
My life is changed after getting into France, I was a small player of Frontpage when I came, but now, I am a php / MySQL coder since a year... Helped many people in many projects, made my own projects. Study, of-course I got a touch with so called "most romantique" language of the world "French". It's a good language, anyways it's really very important to learn it if you are in France.
I do not waste my time on MSN, Yahoo! and making Blog posts. Well I do use Yahoo! a very little, only to communicate with my family and some special friends. I do not have a girl friend :D. I never had one, and have to plan to have one :D . Well, I don't say having one is wastage of time, but I am happy with my life at the moment, so ........... no need of one :D ~ But I do have some really good friends "girls" on Yahoo! to whome I talk rarely.
I was never a fan of songs, I remeber there was a time , when I used to see movies and skip the songs in it. I never thought that one day I will record songs in my voice and put on web. But I did, I am recording and putting on web since a year and half now, of-course as I never had a singing teacher and my family do not have any connection with this field, so I am improving slowly slowly, but I am.. ! I have a YouTube channel called "FSSinger" , on where I post my songs. My first French song was a song called "Dans la vie, Il y a des vacances". It means "In life, there are holidays". It was quite funny :D Well this was my song which I sang first time in my school, Infact, it was a home world we had, the homework was to write two lines in French, rythmed on the vacances "vacations". Then we were suppose to RAP it in our voice and record. And then finalize. Well I wrote two lines which were :
"Dans la vie, Il y a des vacances
Dans les Vacances, Il y a de la vie"
And I did recorded in our music class, well , I didn't RAPPED, as I am not a Rapper, I sang. The guys and girls of our class really liked it, they said I had a good voice and I was the first one to do this in class. On the same day an hour latter we got a short break to get out of class for fifteen minutes, a girl from our class "Sheerazad" went down and told to her friends about what I did in musique class. They came to me and requested me to do it once, I did, you know? I was thinking when I will finish up these two lines, they will laugh on me and go away. But you know what? They Started shouting "as girls always do LOL :D". And then in that 15 minutes I sang that song for 10 times for different people. And on that day until the time I left my school, they made me sing the song for 25 times. And then it continued for 2 weeks . As I really got famouse in entire school, the security came to know about this, they called me up and said, "This is a good thing that you sing, you have a good talent and you have a very good voice. But please don't do it in school area, as when people come to hear you, they make a crowed of atleast 30 students, and there are some who push to each other, and we don't want to have any accident due to that".. And I had to stop sing in there then :( . I was very sad on that day!! I just wanted to kill the entire security staff as I was really enjoying that stage on where I was, as every one dreams to be on where I was in 15 days. People do funky stuff liking dancing, wearing clothes and many things to be noticed and I got noticed just because of my voice. That was really great, but anyways, that's life, I told to my heart, that if a star's life is my destiny, it will come one day again to me!
I don't say that I want to be a singer, for sure, I will continue my study up as I am not a big fan of the fact that you leave your studies for the music. As my father is an educated man, and he is still studying, my mother'z also educated, so I will for sure continue study, but I will continue music with my studies, I won't be able to give a lot of time to it but little bit and try to improve day by day, and One day I will give it a try.. If I will have a luck, you will may be see me one day on the television screen. If not, then I am already being ready to be a software engineer.
Now, coming back to studies. I want to be a software developer, and to do so, I have to be BAC + 5 .
Now, in our level , we say BAC in French, if we want to say it in English mode, we will say 12th passed. So it means 12 + 5 which makes it : 17 years of study, which is normally 16 in our country :D.
My life is going on, not really bad, of-course no one is without problem in his life, I do have problems, but they are really small that I really don't feel them discussing here. I wish you a very best of luck and thanks for reading this small biography of mine. I will finish up with some good quotes.
"A true artist never insults an other one".
"The best way to make your dreams come true is to get the prayers of your parents".
"Love whatever you make, all comes after".
"Never think that you are the only one in the world, because you are not... !"
Thanks once again for reading my small biography. Have a nice life.
Best Wishes,
Faisal Tasleem Shah!
